Our Fit Camps are all about giving you the workout that’s best for you. You can choose to join us for 2-5 hourly sessions each week for five weeks and the results are amazing!

So here it is the end of a year of fit camp!


Guys what can i say it has been a fantastic year for all of you i have heard there have been a lot of acheviements with you all reaching goals just before we all go away on are summer holidays and get ourselves niceley tanned for autmn.

Girls although you are going away and there is 3 months until next camp we are offering sessions over the summer holidays whether it is one to one or group exercise sessions with are fully qualified personal trainers which you will all recieve information about on e-mail. Plus also there will be a new diet routine going up on the website in the next week to keep your hard worked fitness gains over the summer. We all dont want to start from the begining. 

But guess what while you are all chilling out and taking that well deserved recovery period, fit camp are already getting ready for our next camp which kicks off straight after summer on the 6 th September. There is going to be alot of change with the camps in September with regards to new equipment and training structure which allows all of you to benefit with variety in your health and fitness programmes. If you haven't arleady done so, please make a trip to our sign up page and get your place booked Today. 

Due to demand, we will now be running the all Camps for 5 weeks so this is a great camp to get your teeth into. We look forward to seeing lots of you there and hope to get you working off all that fun in the sun!!

This year starting in september you will see the start of a lot more dietary and fitness information on our upgraded web site and give us a lot more opportunity to answer the questions we get from clients. We are also thinking of starting a blog so you can all ask questions or recommendations to help you to acheive your health and fitness goals. We will be looking at all sorts of different subjects from supplements to weight loss, exercise myths and even planning a marathon! Simple steps to changing eating habits, what to eat before you train, what to eat after and in between! This is all for free as a Fit Camp client.
