Our Fit Camps are all about giving you the workout that’s best for you. You can choose to join us for 2-5 hourly sessions each week for five weeks and the results are amazing!

To book your place go to the Fit Camp website. The beginning of June is not a million miles away and we would hate for you to miss out. As usual we will be offering a number of days to sign up for per week:
- 2 days per week -- a good maintenance for your fitness.
- 3 days per week -- will show you more progress.
- 4 days per week -- makes a huge difference to your fitness and energy levels.
- 5 days per week -- will be a great achievement and you will feel the rewards!!
