Terms and Conditions 


Fit Camp operating under the ltd company of Unique 4 U accepts bookings under the following conditions:
 


The Head office is 2 St Martins Court, 37, Queens Road, Weybridge, Surrey


Acceptance:

A contract for the activity/service is made between Fit Camp.co.uk and the client on the issue of written confirmation by Fit Camp.co.uk
The contract is subject to these booking conditions which the client has been deemed to have read and understood
No verbal representations can be made by Fit Camp shall be relied upon by the client
 
 

Booking:


2.1 To place a booking Fit camp require a completed on line form to include all medical history and waiver form. Clients booking by telephone, or e mail will have been deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions. Fit Camp reserves the right to refuse a booking at their discretion and is only binding once all funds have been paid and cleared in the Fit Camp bank account named Unique 4 U ltd.

2.2 All funds must be paid in advance to secure a booking and Fit Camp has the right to sell that place if all funds have not been cleared.


Price:


3.1 The price at the time of booking covers the cost of delivery of the complete program of 5 or 6 weeks unless otherwise stated.

3.2 The client is responsible for their own medical costs should any arise whilst in attendance


Cancellation and Refunds:


4.1 Should the client wish to cancel 14 days prior to the start of any given camp there should be a medical reason and certificate given to prove the clients inability to attend. On presentation of this certificate a full refund will be given.

4.2. Should the cancellation be within the 14 day period, and only under the presentation of a medical certificate, the client will be subject to a handling fee of £50

4.3 If for any reason a client is unable to take part once a camp has started Fit Camp reserve the right to treat each case at our discretion, and could result in a full loss of fees for that camps fees. On presentation of a medical certificate a partial refund will be considered.

4.4 Participants that miss days or whole camps forfeit the full cost of the fees and are not entitled to any refunds or credits, if they do not advise the Fit Camp office.

4.5 Missed days may be carried over to be used within the camp booked but must first be cleared by head office to do so. Missed days are not able to be carried over to future camps and are deemed as lost days.


Cancellation by Fit Camp:


We try never to cancel camps, but reserve the right to do so. If we do cancel a camp we will try to offer the client an alternative solution of another camp or a refund


Credit Card security:


We currently use Pay Pal and Google. You are protected under the Google terms and conditions when paying online and your details are not seen or available to us. When using Pay Pal we do not store or pass on your details to any parties and any private information is instantly shredded.
