Kimberly Rothman
Gold Medal Winner & founder
Why would non-athletes who simply want to lose weight, shape up their body or raise their energy levels to get more out of life, need an athlete?
First, let me reassure you. I'm not a fitness freak. I am a busy mother with three children and a hectic life to lead, just like you. But I do have an advantage. My time in serious competitive sport introduced me to a lot of techniques that are absolute gold for non athletes.

There are the obvious things, like the best ways to achieving fitness - and some aggressive fitness regimes can do more harm than good.
How to improve motivation and have fun (most exercise, certainly work in the gym, can be mind blowingly tedious). How to set realistic personal goals that extend you as a person, without deflating you with failure.
As a weight loss and nutritional advisor, together with my team, I can add lots more. It's not all about exercise. We can give practical advice and encouragement to a better diet, in keeping with your own metabolism. That doesn't just aid weight loss. It also helps to eliminate overall lethargy and even depression.
