For 2.5 million years, every single human on the planet ate lean meats, fresh fruits, and vegetables. This is the only “diet” that fits our genetic make-up. Nobody designed this diet, nature did. DNA evidence shows that genetically, humans have hardly changed at all. In fact the human genome has changed less than 0.02% in 40,000 years.
If you’re on the Fit Living plan you’ll be given a day by day seasonal diet which will make it very simple to feel fantastic and lose weight if that is your goal.

The Fit Living Plan is a changing dietary plan exclusive to the Fit Camp attendees who want to lose weight or just feel more energised. When you sign up you are asked to take a mini nutritional assessment at a one off cost of £25 (normally £60) which allows us to look at you as an individual, then change the plan for you as our expert Clare sees fit. Once you have signed up to the program we are on call to answer any questions you have and support you through that process. You only pay a nominal amount of £1 per day to add the Fit Living onto your training program, as we are keen for you to have access to this unique system and enjoy the success that others have enjoyed, for less than a cup of coffee a day!! You will receive e mails with tips and advise on how to deal with the issues that come up as part of the program. Other members also get to share their stories which inspire and help others too succeed.
Kimberly Says: From my vast experience of dealing with dietary changes the most difficult is to know just what is the right thing to eat as there is so much conflicting information out there. Never have we had so much information and never have we been more unhealthy and overweight in our history. Whilst long term I believe that an 80/20 principle applies, in that you get things right 80% of the time, sometimes people need a kick start and a prescriptive plan to follow. Out of our survey of a large chunk of our clients, who were looking to lose weight, 100% said that they loved the idea of having the plan, as a help to get started. Using it alongside fit camp results have quadrupled for some. !!
