Whether you are a beginner or very much into your fitness and are just looking for something different, Fit Camp will be introducing new ways to train and push yourself. 20 min of our specialist sessions are equivalent to an hour of 'normal' training, then you still have 40 min to go!!
With our specialist designed programs of stability, strength and interval work we are a must for everyone who wants to get back into fitness and for the runners who are looking to stay injury free and improve their time. For the runners amongst you, ask about our 2 days a week race preparation program.
