of place in one of our Fit Camps; we have a real
mixture of body shapes and abilities and the main

Our Fit Camps work because we focus on your all
round wellbeing and health; with fitness, diet and
coaching. We work on an individual ‘hand-made’
basis NOT an exercise conveyor belt. Our Fit
Camps are all about providing a way of life, not
