Fit Camps

Fit Camps: a quick and enjoyable solution to getting results, burn fat, drop a jean size, and work out in a welcoming friendly environment, held at stunning locations across the South East.

Course Details

The cost of the camps is just £12 per day, with a minimum of 2 days per week required. The more days you can do the better the results.

Start times vary per camp, please see the dates and prices page for details (mix and match start times if you wish). Choose from 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week. 5 days are recommended, with 50% increased results.

If you are preparing for a 5k, 10k or even a marathon we have more advanced days especially for runners.

Cranleigh camp has proved very popular with a waiting list on some of the days. hardly surprising as it is set in the most stunning grounds, so the inspiration to work out is easy to find.

Camp participants seem to laugh their way through the hour, and love every minute! Reports of inches lost of waists and jeans feeling a lot looser this camp is just great fun!

Wimbledon camp has moved to the prestigious Kings College and is ideally situated for South London. With fabulous facilities, this camp is the perfect place to meet friends, work out, then wonder off into the village for a well deserved coffee!!

N.B The evening camp at Wimbledon is booked in 4 week cycles and must be booked in advance but is continuous.
